    Physical Reactions

This is possibly a slightly odd post, but still.

Do any of you have a physical response when you chat with your SO?
By this, I mean things like: getting tongue-tied, having hot flushes, sweating, reflux etc?

I get a hot flush every time I video chat with my SO, to the point that I prepare in advance. I now open the windows and/or doors to counteract it.
I usually have chewing gum on standby too, as my reflux tends to come to the fore as well.
When we talk, I either say very little and gaze at him, or I giggle excessively. The giggling can be an issue, because I find it so hard to stop once I've started!
As good fortune would have it, my SO finds the giggling endearing, and doesn't mind that he makes me flush!

Before we closed the distance I’d get full on butterflies 1-2 days prior to a visit. I wasn’t able to sleep properly I was so excited. This would mean I’d be exhausted by the time I actually got to him. Lucky for me, he loved cuddling me and we’d have a nap before we’d go out for meals. No we’ve closed the distance and are married it’s not as bad. I still can’t sleep unless he’s with me. My husband now just hugs me till I fall asleep and then gets up again if there’s anything he still needs to do. Or he’ll bring his book or laptop to bed and work while I sleep next to him.

That is so sweet! Thanks for sharing.
We haven't met yet, but I have already told him that I won't get much sleep the night before we do. I know I will be like a kid on Christmas Eve!
