My boyfriend just got accepted to a college 4 hours away from me. He’s going in the fall of 2019. Which means for two years we are going to have a long distance relationship. I’m proud of him and happy he got into his dream college, but I can’t help but worry about what will happen to us. I know for some people four hours away isn’t that far but it’s far for me. I know I shouldn’t worry about it now but my anxiety is getting the best of me. If anyone has any tips to get me through this stage please help! I want this to work!

4h is not that bad actually. You could buy a car (no need for it to be new) and go see him every weekend or every 2 weeks. You could possibly take a bus or train for an okay price as well. I would be super happy to be only 4h away from my boyfriend. So try to see it positively. He could go study abroad or he could be so far that you need a plane to see him.
