Hi everyone! I am new here and would love to talk to someone who is maybe experiencing the same as i am.
I have been in a LDR for more than a year. The last time I checked, i have never been the type to get jealous and have drags of anxiety over my SO. But after SO moved to another country, i have become so jealous whenever she spends time with other people. I always feel empty. I lost interest in meeting friends and would stay home as she might call. She would call... for an hour.. during the call, she would seem uninterested and would complain about how sleepy she is. She would say good night, but would see her online ( we have an app that keeps track of the activities).
I wanna be happy for her... but it always make me seem bitter. I have tried to talk to her about it and she would break up with me... saying there is nothing else she could to uplift me.
Is it me? Idk. Any thoughts?
