Is it right for me to move?

My family keeps asking me if/when he's moving to my city, and I tell them he doesn't want to and that he wants to move to another region of the US. My family thinks the man needs to move where the girl is.

I don't see a problem with it going either way, yes it would be easier for him to come to me, but I also will move where ever he ends up.

Do you guys think this is a problem?

Remove your family as a factor for a minute and just look at the practicality of everything. Would it be better for your or your SO to move, in terms of finances, jobs, and/or personal fulfillment? Will you be satisfied living away from family? Ultimately, the decision is and should remain between the two of you, but it should be made after weighing the factors that will impact the two of you long-term.
