So, it's only been a week or two since our crisis moment, because I got so stressed I almost broke up with him. We decided to fight for the relationship. Yet I keep getting sad thoughts in my head, mixed with fear and stress. For people who have gone through this before, how have you calmed this down? This is my first relationship, been together three years and an LDR for one. I just want my head to chill out so we can get a chance to make this work.
