Guys: how’d you know you were in love

I’m curious about when men knew that they had fallen in love and what she’d done in your ldr that made you pine for her

He constantly thought of me in his future and couldn’t imagine me not being in it.

I'm not a man but I'm going to respond anyways lol. For me, it wasn't one thing in particular that made me see, and it didn't happen immediately! But him constantly being there for me when I was going through something difficult in my life and constantly reassuring everything was going to be okay. Just him being supportive and consistently there for me is what made me realize that I loved him.

I asked my fiance this specially, and this was his response:

"IDK, it isn't a fixed day, it just kinda happens."

My boyfriend told me that he felt awkward saying goodbye because he wanted to say that he loved me...he also told me that he knew that he did when I helped him clean up his puke when he was sick. So I guess you know when you know?

Had known her for quite a few years (as friends) before realising that everytime something happened in my life I wanted to tell her before anyone else. I then began to realise then when I was experiencing things she was the person I wish I was experiencing them with.

When I realised both of those, combined with her always being the first and last person I'd talk to most days, it became pretty obvious to me I was in love with her
