    Separation Anxiety and Depression

We've known each other for years and the relationship is a bit complicated because we're still working some things out but I finally got to meet him in person for the first time a few weeks ago. Only got to be with him for 3 and a half days which felt way too short. Before I went to see him I didn't imagine I could ever move to Tennessee but now it's been going through my head more and more lately. I've been crying so much feeling almost like a part of my heart has been left behind. I so badly want to just buy a plane ticket and go right back but I know that's not realistic and I can't afford it. I could really use some advice on how to get out of this depression I'm having over being away from him.

The 3 C's of a long distance relationship.

    1. Communicate
    2. Communicate
    3. Communicate

Communication is 1000 times as important in a LDR than in a close-by relationship.

At least you are both in the USA, and most likely have a good solid internet connection. Not all of us on here have that option. Exchange texts as much as possible. Do video chats. Voice calls. Plan online activities, etc etc.

Tell him how you feel. He may be feeling the same.
