Back together again

We broke up on August 19th, but after almost a month, he came back to me. How can I keep us going? I want us to have a happy future without something like this happening again

This happened to me and my SO back in December. I don't really have any advice for how to keep you going because I don't know the cause of the break up.. But whatever it was, make sure it's not an issue anymore.. If it was the distance, then extra communication needs to happen if either of you are feeling like its threatening your relationship again.
