I met a guy through online dating about 8 months back. He is in merchant navy and is constantly on sail. I don't get to talk to him much, see him. It's been 2 months since he is on sail. I am constantly having negative thoughts and feel like crying all the time. Our conversations are constantly ending in fights. Please help.
