    Happy New Year!

Whew! 2020 has been a ROLLER COASTER! I am thankful that me, my family, and my SO has made it out blessed and in good health! Lets share some resolutions!

My Resolution: Get into the mortgage industry (training now ) and focus on my finances!
My SO's Resolution: Spend as much time with me as possible to make up for 2020.

He's so sweet! I asked too early in the AM for him to give me a well thought out answer lol, but I'll take it <3

    Things to look forward to:
    1) Finishing my classes and start growing my career. I took way too long to figure out what I wanted to do with my life but I'm confident now and I can't wait to start.
    2) My SO is going back to in-person electives and is on the search for a hospital WAY closer to me. We are hoping to be together again in the next month or so.
    3) Celebrating our 2 year anniversary! We have been through so much and I can't wait to share that special day with him (hopefully while being physically together).

Hmmmm I posted a Christmas thread and got no replies guessing people aren’t feeling very festive this year, which is fair enough. Happy new year

        Happy new year!

My new years resolution was to drink more wine. I want to keep my goal achievable.

Workwise, I hope to either find a new job or learn to enjoy this one. I also want to save more money. Secretly, I'd like to attend an open university and study education to top up my degrees.

Relationship wise we are again in a weird limbo stage so I hope we find a more permanent solution. But I'm too scared to hope anything more. Big life changes are hard.

I have to say your resolution about drinking more wine made me smile I think your job and educational goals sound great! And I totally can sympathize with wanting a permanent solution with your relationship — right there with you on that! And wishing you and all the best luck with permanently closing the distance.
