Last minute Valentine’s Day ideas?!

Ok so, I haven’t organised a single thing to do for SO for Valentine’s. I would like to organise to have something delivered to him. He is in Germany!

Can anyone recommend a good international site that delivers your loved one gifts on Valentine’s Day?? I don’t want to pay a fortune but I also want something nice! Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thank you ❤️

I don't know other than googling local business that deliver over where he lives. You can search in google maps when zoomed close to his address to get local services which may help.
I'm frantically trying to do something now to make the post for tomorrow.
