    Finally Some Good News!

Judsen got an interview with a medical school that is located only an hour and fifteen minutes away from me. For us, CD is less than an hour and a half so this is such good news! He will have to schedule the interview within six weeks and probably won't find out the results for a while after that. Either way this is a huge leap forward to CD. This is the first school of 15 that he applied to that has responded to his applications. 1 for 1!

So proud of my handsome boyfriend. Off to dream of places that are halfway between us to move to next year (hehehe)

Ahh! Good luck to Judsen! I know the med school application process is insanely stressful; I graduated this past spring and a whole bunch of people I knew were going through it this time last year.

I had a thought for you: since the application process is absurdly expensive (I knew people who dropped well over $2000 just on applications, let alone traveling to the interviews), why don't you make him a care package of some essentials? Like cans of soup, boxes of Mac&Cheese, a pack of pencils or pens, notebook paper, etc? Because those poor kids have to pay for the initial application, all supplemental application materials, gas, hotels, parking, everything. I'm sure he'd appreciate being able to save a little money on everyday things he needs, and can put that towards his other expenses.

If you look for it, I've got a sneaking suspicion...love actually is all around
