Anyway, for me it was 5 weeks, but we might not see each other for a few months (

Yeah we are still long distance. I moved to be with him Sept 2009 and was there 6 days and my mom ended up in the CCU. Two days later she was taken off of life support and died. More here.

I came back home after that. It's Frank's turn to move now we decided. So he will come here and is trying to get a job here.

It's only been three weeks thus far. 24 days between him going back to Pitt after Thanksgiving and me getting to Pitt for Christmas will be the longest... It will also be the last one. I'll leave to go back to Charlotte on a Tuesday and he'll follow on Friday permanently!

Almost 5 months. When it had been about 4 months it was getting really tuff for me, and for him, too. But luckily I found this forum! It has helped me a lot.

The longest so far was 3 months, but after his upcoming visit in 31 days, we will have to wait 6 months to see each other again

Wow it's amazing to see all of the different time frames everyone has, I could not imagine going a year or more without seeing my SO but if it came down to it I would wait as long as it took because he means the world to me.

4 months, we met each other after 4 months of knowing each other & now I will see him in february for a week last seeing him in october.

Five weeks, but if we don't plan a visit between now and next time during the holidays, it will be six weeks, which will be the longest. I am trying to plan a visit in 3 weeks, though, because I can't handle the wait!
