Ella y El by Ricardo Arjona. My SO actually sent me this one.

It's basically about how a guy from NY goes to Mexico and meets this girl who is from Cuba. They are complete opposites but they fall in love. In the end, they move to France ("neutral territory" it says) and live happily. Watch the video! Even if you don't understand Spanish, you should be able to get the feeling from the video.

I like Temporary Home by Carrie Underwood. The lyrics aren't necessarily romantic but the line that says:
