As the X-mas/new year is coming, I've been thinking very hard abt the gift idea for my bf. Here comes an idea, but I do need help from nice people here!!

I need your picture of a hand writing love note with his name,favorite quote, and my name written on...(or the lyrics of a love song?) The background of the picture is better with local landscape for letting others to know where this note from. It might require some skills to take a picture, since people need to be able to read the note in picture as well as to see the landscape clearly...

Question 1. I haven't find the proper lyrics yet, maybe to write down one or two lines of your favourite lyrics?
Question 2. I don't know how many picture can I get...maybe the more the better...

What do you people think of it? If you like the idea or have some other suggestions, pls let me know!!

Hi. It sounds like you have a neat idea going. Might I suggest that it could be more meaningful for your boyfriend to receive a collage of all these images with places around where you live (favourite coffee shop, favourite bookstore, favourite restaurant, etc.) and, that way, you can get going on it sooner and have it ready in time for the holidays? Plus, you could use all those images to act as a frame around a picture of you two together (or could image edit one of you two together if you haven't met yet). I may be a bit of a spoil-sport right now, but I think it may be difficult for other people to go out and take these pictures for you when you don't have the words decided on and such, plus many people are stressed about getting their SO's gifts together right now (let alone focusing their efforts on someone else's project, when they don't know the dynamic of the couple, etc.). I see where this idea is going (sort of like the sister's idea in Up in the Air for her wedding collage) and it's pretty cool, but it might be better with lyrics that are more specific to you as a couple and such. If you do really want to stick with other people writing up stuff, you might consider providing some options for lyrics, specifying file types and sizes for the images, and the ratio of the background to the photo (e.g. usually, to make text nice and clear in a picture, the clarity of the background is reduced or the text needs to be written very large on a large piece of paper...which might cover more of the background).
