They called us crazy when we started out, said 16's to young to know what loves about

People tell me I need to write a story about what has happened in my life over the past year or so..

A year ago, hard to believe, she met someone, someone who she thought was just another friend. That Valentine's day of 2009, she met him. He didn't live near, pretty far actually, farther then she would have liked. They were sort of friends, talked mostly everyday. In April she hadn't been on the computer in a while because of a trip for school. Till at the end of the month when she was at a girl friends house, a certain song had been in her head all day, to which resulted in going to her facebook status. While her and her friend we're goofing off and being girls he had commented with the rest of the song.. It made her smile, that song to be Moondance by Michael Buble. They talked for a while till it had gotten late and she signed off. About everyday after that they talked hours and hours on end. Learning a bit more about each other. She knew she was falling for him, more like free falling, she couldn't stop herself, she knew it wouldn't happen. She kept to herself for the most part, but could not deny the feelings she held inside.
As the days went by a love had formed.. a love sworn to secrecy, not exactly knowing how to bring it up to the family. For being rejected was the last thing they had wanted. He wrote her mom a letter, explaining everything. Every bit of detail, about him, his feelings for her, the understanding they both had on the difficulties of making a relationship with such a distance between them work. Through much difficulty of explaining... somehow, it worked.
They would not see each other till the next summer, but they knew they could make it. She lived on his words, his promises, the thought of her being in his arms put her to sleep every night. Wishing that those three words had more meaning to them, because they still don't exactly explain the feelings she has for him. Mesmerized by the sight of him, completely oblivious to any and everything else. He's her world. Her one and only. No one exactly understands it, but she doesn't care. She knows what she wants. It hurts her to not have him by her side, she deals with constant questions from others she can't explain because they don't understand. It's been some months together without seeing each other once, and still going strong. She won't give up. She's learned it's the little things in a relationship that make it truly worth while. And it's those little things that always make her fall for him more. She's willing to do anything to keep him by her side. To have a love that truly lasts forever, and prove that this is real.

well thank you for your story. Very touching and I pray that everything works out for you both.
Love is the only thing that can cross all boundaries and cannot be stopped. It crosses countries, continents, oceans and even the stars themselves. It makes peace in the middle of war, and stops hatred in it's tracks. -Anon

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. - Apostle Paul in his first letter to the Church at Corinth (1 Corinthians 13:3-5)
