New Year Eve... he didn't call me...

Happy new year for all! I wish all of you had great night last night!

It was a wonderful night as there was a party at my jungle base camp (yes, i work on xmast and new year eve, its normal for oil and gas company). Lots of people coming, dancing, games, door prizes, singing songs etc. I was working on the party helping the MC to cheer up over 200 peoples that had to work at our remote area/jungle at new year eve.. no fireworks for sure.

I was happy and sad that night, happy because party went well, got lots of compliments after the party---sad thing, my SO not even call me for New Year wishes.

I send him a mail before i leave for the party, saying how i wish him to call midnight when the counting begin... last year new year wishes from me was... i wish i could spent my new year eve with some one i really care and love. It didn't happen... so.. i just wish he could call and talk to me.

He seemed doesn't like the idea me calling to his cellphone.. humm.. it does cost fortune for me.. but.. i wish i could do something for him!

I wait until 1.30am... humm... no news.. so i sent him a mail wish him a very happy new year, wish for our future, wish for our relationship and love, and wish we could meet again soon.

He reply just now saying that internet not working at his parent house! it works just now... and he did say sorry.. he wish me the same, wish we could meet again, and wish our love will grow.

I think i had to be satisfy with that mail.. at least he wish the same thing like i do. I wish next year new year eve we will be together!

Don't be too upset about the fact that he did not call you in time for new years alright.
As you have said he mentioned the internet was down at his parents place.
When a guy bother to explain it shows he cares.
You never know he may be frantically finding a way to contact you during the countdown as well.
That maybe something he never mentioned to you? (you never know, some boys just never mention the things they do as they find all these unnecessary)
Now he did replied your mail and wished you back i guess you shouldnt be too worry.

My New Years day was an amazing dinner at a yacht club but yeah its never perfect without my SO around.
Just so you know. My SO doesn't have any way to contact me, no webcams, no laptop/coms, only sometimes we talk online on QQ.
And I do all the calling to him cause of some financial issues he have and even on new years eve we had quite a bad serious talk so on new years day I just made a "Happy New Years!" call to him and thats about it.

I kinda know how you're feeling now.
Its gonna be a crazy roller coaster ride, but i believe this ride is gonna be worth it.

I'm sorry he didn't call.
My boyfriend wasn't replying to my text messages so at midnight I called him just as he texted me.haha. He wasn't able to answer since he was texting me but we both had a laugh and texted for a little bit after that so it was nice. Otherwise my new years was pretty boring just hanging out at home watching tv and playing mario kart.
