Making it Special

So my boyfriend's big 18th is coming up in April, and I need some ideas on how to make it extra special for him. I'll be visiting him for our "unofficially together" anniversary a month before his bday so I can't make a surprise visit (also he'll be busy with college and work), but how can I make it special for him? I have very little funds, and am already planning to have a webcam date and call him while on webcam but I want it to be special for him.. It's the first birthday we're spending together as a couple so I want it to be amazing. Any ideas?

Send him a letter and something sweetly personal in the mail, and odn't tell him. That's a great surprise

Cupcakes on web cam and have a party for him in your room :-) Sing the song for him and send him a gift to unwrap. I wrote a bday letter telling him what we would do if he were together with his gift and he loved that...Good luck
