D'aww! So many great stories. I want to ask my SO if he would sleep in a tshirt for a few nights when he's back in town and then give it to me (without washing it, because he would be the one to wash it lol) so I can have his scent while he's away. I'm afraid to ask because when it comes to stuff like this, he's kind of awkward and I don't think he'd understand why.

I have my SO's huge t-shirt that I sleep in sometimes when I'm feeling especially down (one from a Styx concert: we're both huge fans) and every once and a while I ask him to wear it again so the smell is almost "renewed" since it can fade quickly. He never asks why, even though he totally knows, and it's pretty funny.

NO, I haven't done that yet! lol I say yet! When I got home from vacation/seeing him, I was unpacking and found a pair of jeans he had washed for me that I never wore again during the trip! they smelled just like him! mostly just the way his clothes smell. lol so i sniffed them for a while and missed him like crazy, but the smell eventually went away!

When my boyfriend stayed with me for a month, he ended up leaving a whole bunch of his clothing. I have my own person stash of his clothing all to myself!

lol no that's completely normal. My SO actually gave me an old half-used stick of his deoderant to keep It's on my nightstand and any time I start missing him, it's right there in arm's reach.

Lmao, this thread is so funny (in a good way), I've never thought of doing that but I don't think you're crazy... it's probably just a way to make you feel like his closer to you.

Last summer, he gave me his college hoodie, it's so comfy I love it! He is in his college soccer team and he has these shirts they wear for practice so I also stole one of his soccer shirts (:

I recently got one of my boyfriend's sweatshirts and I, too, love to smell it because it smells just like him. I like to sleep with it, but it is starting to lose its scent so I will need to grab another sweatshirt and give him back this one so he can renew the scent!

                  Haha...we are such girls.

I don't do this, but when I went back home after my first visit I left my perfume with Obi and he used it to scent his pillows, so his bed always smelt like me Scent is important!

I find his scent makes me happy instantly and is comforting in a way. Whenever I send him a care package or a letter/card, I am SURE to spray it with my perfume. I doubt he even notices lol...this is probably a girl thing to do, this whole scent obsession thing. XD

yea I had this happen too. After he came to visit he left umm..actually alot of stuff including shaving cream a nice shirt and deoderant and also his hat with a sweet note in it. I left it all there to make me think of him
