Alright, so I had to make a post about this because I couldn't keep mine to myself... I need to laugh about it and share it with someone! Who better to share it with than you lovely people!

What was the first thing you said to your SO?
What was the first thing they said to you?

for me and my SO, we were paired together on omegle (yes, the site that lets you talk to strangers...)

Aside from the usual "hi", which I think he said... maybe... I didn't even reply with "hi" I flat out said "I don't want to see your ****"

If you've ever been on omegle or chatroulette, you know why I said this...

His response was tons of laughing and a "didn't plan on showing you."

Just thought it was amusing... so what about you guys!!

hmmmmmmm I don't really remember. I was stood at a halloween party talking to someone, then my SO came said hi to them, but was really coming to approach me; he didn't really know the guy. So he just slotted himself himself into our conversation, then it ended up just being us two after a while

we talked about lots of things though like Japan, and food and home and such. I am fuzzy from that night- someone had put 151 in the punch and I was hammered. The only thing I remember clearly is talking with my SO I knew he was an important thing to remember, even back then

I met my SO when I went over to his cousin's house for the day. I had NO idea that he spoke English so my first words were "I ni tile" which is a Bambara greeting that is used between like 11 am and 3 pm. And he replied "Hey, how you doin?"

I was definitely shocked that he spoke English AND with a southern accent

well this was on Twitter and i had just added her and this is how our first convo went:

Our school is in the center of our huge city Las Vegas, so I live appromix. 30 minutes away from it. I don't remember the very first thing I said to him, but I remember the first time really talking to him I was begging him for a ride home after a rehersal saying something along the lines of "So, you should take me home, because I'm a lonely, helpless, pathetic, inpotent sophmore" or something to those affects! Haha and he did!

I know I talked about him, rather than to him at first. And it wasn't good! We were in WoW, he was doing trial raids to get into my guild, and the GMs girlfriend gave him *MY LOOT* because he has a penis and I don't (true story). So I was whispering my in game bff for the duration of the raids, bitching about this loot whore noob (even though it wasn't his fault at all haha). :P

I honestly don't remember...but knowing him, I'd say he said something to me first; he's a notorious flirt! I remember our initial conversations as friendly and then for whatever reason one night, he decided to take a chance and up the ante. And I went all in. And here we are, 5 months later.

My SO and I "met" Several times before we met finally. The first time was his roommate's twin sister was going to join my rugby team and got really really drunk. She invited over her brother and my SO. I was helping her out because she was so drunk. She introduced us and I don't really remember what was said. I helped her into the car and drove home with my SO and his roommate to put her to bed. I was really sad, I didn't get his number

We met the second time at a toga party, a couple months later. The first thing I said to him there was making fun of his lackluster toga. Really he had a sheet wrapped around him and shorts. My friends dragged me away and again I was disappointed that I didn't get his number.

We saw each other at school because he worked at one of the places I frequented for lunch and the gym. We basically just said what's up.

The Final time we met, (We count it as the first) I was playing wingman for a friend of mine at the bar thursday before halloween. We had been at my mixer and she met a guy she liked (who she is still with by the way!).There was no one at the bar I knew, until I saw him. He was dressed as Indiana Jones. I walked right up to him and said "Are you stalking me?" He laughed and we talked the rest of the night. Finally, I leaned in and kissed him. Then I took his phone, put my number in it and said "You better fucking call me" And he did. The rest his history.

He replied to my penpal ad and the first thing I said to him on e-mail was that I was sorry for not replying quicker but I had come down with the stomach flu.. How romantic is that?!

Well the first we meet was when I arrived to his parents house in Japan in the evening to start my "home stay". So guess face to face, first sayings are not that interesting.
The first thing I probably said was... "Konban wa, Hajimemashite" ("Good evening, nice to meet you") and he probably said the exact same thing. (Japanese greetings are not that interesting XD )

We met in the nightclub on a Facebook game called Yoville, he was singing The Clash "Should i stay or should i go" (i didnt know that at the time :P) and i asked him to stay and we started chatting. Annoying him ever since ..... crap that was nearly 3 years ago!
