Everything seems to be falling into place

So most of you probably know I've been nervous as all get out about telling my parents that I'm staying with Alex when I go to Canada for a week. Today I brought up that I'm probably going May 29th through June 6th and Mom started trying to convince me to take a friend or something and then she asked if I was going to meet anyone up there so I told her that Alex's mom invited me to stay with them and she said, "Really? How sweet! That'd be great. That way you'd have someone to show you around who knew the area and you'd be a lot safer! I'm so glad. I feel much better about you going there to stay with them rather than you going alone." And Dad said about the same thing.

I was so afraid that they'd freak out and say it was dangerous and I shouldn't meet him and all that sort of stuff but they're totally excited I have someone to stay with who I trust! This is SUCH an answer to prayer. ^^

AND, to top that, I have over $200 saved up! And I've only been working one full week!! I'm so excited since I will definitely get the money to see him. >w<
