My boyfriend and I have been together for just over a year. Weve been friends longer than that but officially a couple for a year. We have yet to meet and he just told me today that he may be down to visit next week or the week after!!!! I am so so SOOO excited. 
I am trying not to get my hopes up though because he has said he was going to come before and things happened to where he couldn't but this time I really think its going to happen!! We are in a much better more serious/committed place than we have been in the past. I don't want to share the news with my family and friends because they never believe me due to the previous false alarms. This first visit is a huge step for us in really validating our relationship. He's always said once we have our first meeting he will tell his family about our relationship which would open the door to more visits and just taking our relationships to a whole other level in general. AH its so hard not to get excited!!!! Fingers crossed that it will really take place!!!
