I've seen my SO cry too. More than once. I know it sounds terrible, but I love him a little bit more when he cries and lets me in like that.
It's never been over the phone though, only over msn really early in the relationship, or in person. But I just try to get him to talk through it, or just stay with him so he knows he doesn't have to face whatever it is alone.

No, not yet. Probably wont, ever.
Maybe it sounds weird, but he's not the type who cries.
He's too positive and always manages to pull a smile even when he is sad. (even his mother said he always smiled as a child).
He's also been through a lot as a child, so think his heart has created a shield towards sad and negative things. Like they don't exist.

I actually almost said this...but I felt bad for thinking it made me feel better knowing that I mean so much that he lets those emoions show that way Glad I am not alone in that!
