When do you start talking about closing the distance?

We started planning from the beginning. At first it was vague plans, such as "We're going to meet, and after that, we should decide when exactly to close the distance." Then we figured out what we needed in order to achieve our goal, especially money (since we're international and so we have a few big ticket things we have to pay for). And we went from there, knocking things off our list one at a time.

We started actively discussing closing the distance 3 - 4 months in. We knew that we wanted to be together and not have to miss each other any more. We finally made it a reality a month ago.

We were CD for the first two month of your relationship, but we discussed closing the distance as soon as I had to move away.
We had originally planned to be long distance for only 1.5yrs but life got in the way and it's takíng us longer than that now.
