    Query about Banking.

Me and my partner have been together for a little over a year now, and it's getting to the point where we are both going crazy. Neither of us have met yet, but I do plan to go over there. I'm waiting on the hearsay about the DV green card right now, 10 more days yay. Anyhow, money is something that is incredibly tight for me, as I have no job right now and I think this is something that is starting to worry him. The other day, he asked me if there were any banks in both countries so that he could help me out. This had me stumped and I have no idea, I was running blindly. I thought I'd actually ask anyone out there if they knew anything. Here are some of the details to help out.

He is American, living in Pennsylvania and I am Australian, living on the Sunshine Coast. He wants to get a bank account that he can put money into that I can draw from, I assume that is what he meant. I looked around and asked my teacher about this, and she said ANZ does it. However upon looking on their website, their clients are corporate and not just every day people. At that, they only had a representative office, not a branch. I want something simple, because although I can understand the technical side of things easy, he doesn't always. And it's hard for me to explain at a distance. She told me to stay away from Bank of America, yet I read they have no fees drawing out from Westpac here. I was looking at Citibank mostly. So if anyone has any ideas on this, that would be fantastic. I don't really want to try and use paypal or anything online like that, just in case I can't explain it well haha.
