    Longing...

    When you long to hold the one you love and you're aching for them, what can you do to help calm down these feelings? I can't seem to shake them. :/ My heart's been aching for my SO for almost a week now and it's on times like these, when I'm alone with only my thoughts, that they become even worse.

    Other than going out and doing something... like studying on campus or watching a movie (not at home)... I have no idea. I'm sorry hun. But if you find out the rest of us would like to know. We are all here for you.

      that's exactly how i've been feeling... and its just so difficult to shake that feeling... I'm glad I've stumbled across this site cause at least i know im not the only one going through this. i suppose all you can do is be strong and be surrounded by people who cares...seems to help a little x

        Yikes, try and keep busy go out with friends, work out, drink alcohol bahaha just kidding about the last one...well sort of.

          Yup...stay busy... that's the only thing that keeps me going... also planning for our next visit seems to help too....

            Stay busy, I guess.
            When I really miss my SO... I'll send him long texts or instant messages telling him how much I love him, and his replies make me feel a bit better.
