No. You all need to agree on certain dates that neither of you can break. What she's doing right now is standing you up. And honestly, when someone stands me up (friend or SO) I have a serious grudge after that. She needs to plan what weekends she's going to go out with friends, and what weekends she's going to go out with you.
Could you go visit her on the weekends instead of her always visiting you?

I'm a little confused....when you say "with me", do you mean physically together, or do you mean sitting on a computer? If you mean sitting by a computer, then yeah, I think you're being really unreasonable. I assume you're quite young, and probably both still in school, in which case weekends are an important time to spend with your friends, and not be stuck waiting in front of a computer from Friday until Sunday. I don't think she should be spending the whole weekend out, but splitting the time up between you and her friends, since you can't expect her to just sit home every weekend, can you? That seems a bit controlling.
If you mean physically together, then I don't think that's too unreasonable, since she can easily just take you with her and get time with everybody. You can split your weekends, with you visiting her one weekend, then her visiting you. If she never wants to spend weekends physically with you, that's a big red flag, and I think your relationship might be heading in a bad direction. Our separation of each other is an optical illusion of consciousness. ~Albert Einstein
