UK going out of EU?

I just learned that if UK goes out of EU I might have big problems with moving to my SO. I'd have to apply for visa and other such things.
In Poland it's said that it would be close to imposible to find work for Polish people.

As far as I've heard the referendum isn't going to be before 2017, so you have four more years to close the distance while the UK is still in the EU. Didn't you write somewhere that you just wanted to finish your studies and then try to close the distance? You should be able to manage before that.
Aaand if I remember correctly then there's actually no procedure for leaving the EU. It just wasn't something they considered happening. So until it happens, there's probably no way of saying what it will be like.

*IF* it happens and they'll require work visas or make immigration more difficult, you could always try to immigrate to another country together. (Ireland!?)

It's just I heard about it and I am not a news person so it's usually from others that I learn about things like that.

If the UK leaves the EU, it won't happen any time soon. The referendum is an election promise by David Cameron to get re-elected. Leaving the EU would bring a ton more problems to the UK than it already has and the US would move to another EU country to be its middleman.
