    Introductions Canadian/British

    Hello, brand new here, but have been in a Long Distance (International) relationship for 3 1/2 years... His divorce has JUST finalized and we plan to be married.... This is a second marriage for both of us, between us we have 5 children 23, 22, 19, 18, 16 - 3 girls, 2 boys.
    Saying hello, and looking forward to making like friends.

              Hi Tina! My guy lives in Canada! Welcome to the forum. It's the bestest place ever for LDR's!!
              February 2012 -- met online
              August 2012 -- he said "I love you."
              April 2013 -- met in person
              June 2013 -- broke up
              July 2013 -- back together
              August 2013 -- 2nd visit
              October 20, 2013 -- He proposed!
              April 22, 2014 -- Married/closed the distance!

                      Thank you, each of you... it's nice to find a place like this where there are like minds and others experiencing the same challenges.... I've just lost my job at the university, left a 20 year career at a university in another town, to move back to my home town and take a new job at a new university, and be close to an ailing dad.... but now I fear I've put a complication into being able to sponsor my SO
