Is your SO busier this month?

If I'm correct, the semester is winding down, which leads to an influx of schoolwork. Is it just me, or is everyone's SO more busy now? At least everyone with an SO that's in school. I find myself getting a little upset that the weekend is the only time I can talk with my SO, and even then he doesn't have much time. I can't shake the feeling that he's ignoring me sometimes, but I know he's just busy. This leads to more time being by myself and having to use different coping methods.

What are you going to do this fall?

I know what you mean. my SO had to stay the night at a friends house to pull an all nighter to get a project done because there just wasnt time. that friend, a girl. a girl that had just caused our first fight. coping, coping, coping.

We've both been so busy I hardly realized it's full on November. Finals are still far enough away, but work is busy as usual and it is a whirlwind around here.

I got to spend time with my SO twice this week...miraculous!

Yes, from my boyfriend's point of view of course I have presentations and research proposals due by the end of the month, and papers (10-15 pages each) due by mid December. I barely have time to myself too.

I am the busy one for once! SO has work and school, but I am constantly drowning in homework. Plus he's getting a bunch of days off within the next two weeks, while I'm writing essay after essay. It'll be hard balancing spending time with him and focusing on my work. I guess I'm lucky that he is pretty independent and won't mind spending a few hours alone if need be. :P

We've both been insanely busy. Him, mainly with applying to scholarships/deciding on a program and doing some major projects. Me, with my SAT, touring a university, getting my application in order, my grade twelve work, and my online university courses. On top of all that, I have the church musical and work two nights a week. WHEW. It's that time of year, I guess. We're seeing each other in four days though, so that's exciting!

Yup I think both of us are feeling busier now in November. I have a midterm still coming up which I'm dreading and he has a pretty difficult test coming up too and then it's just all the work and assignments having to do and only 3 weeks of lectures for me left until finals and his last day of uni is practically on my last exam so it works out pretty good because then we can take a deep breath and relax and have a good Christmas together (online but still together!) . We still talk every day but part of that has to be devoted to school work sometimes. I really should be doing work. But then I ended up on LFAD.. I won't spend long here..

It is a different kind of busy now. He has finished his job for the semester, now he is acially winding down (he sounded so happy on Skype...and drunk) and soon he will be studying for alle the exams he will be having next month and January. I am...not busy, kind of, just waiting for any notice about work and trying to pay the bills! I am anchious because I am used to his work schedule (very busy but also very predictable) and I don't know what he will be like as a student. He is not the best of students, though, so I might sit on my hands not to interrupt him when he should be reading!

I think this month, my SO has been a little busy. He is currently working with his uncle on a friend's house, and that should bring him a bit of money. I think he has two more days of working on the house. Other than that, I am always pretty much busy with working closing shifts at my place, lol. I usually get two or three days off. Then, there comes the holiday season. I expect to be away from my SO during the holiday, working more hours.

Glad to know I'm not the only one so nice to hear from both sides of the situation! Looking forward to Christmas/winter break.

I think I'm the busier one between the two of us right now. I have so much schoolwork to do before the end of the semester...I don't even want to think about it :/
I just try to remind myself that it will be worth it in the end, and by the end of December, I'll be in my SO's arms

After having pulled through two six-week courses during the span of four after having being told about a deadline way later than I should have been, I have absolutely nothing to do, I basically sit around waiting for my graduation ceremony and works about once a week or when needed... Whereas my SO just got back after half term... And I'm the kind of person who only get stuff done if there's something I have to, while I was studying full time I pulled 7 courses in a period (each term (2) was divided into 3 periods) (one without tuition), work and exercise as well as a lot more chores I'm either on or off, and right now I'm off -.-

YES! My SO is extremely busy now cause in this period in his university (a semester is divided to two periods) he is taking double courses. This is only the second week of the period and he is already swamped with work and so stressed out we still text all the time though but we haven't had the chance to Skype as much. I'm busy with my Thesis too and it looks like I will be working 1-2 days a week on top of that.

I will go to visit him on Thursday (Thank God) and be there for 6 days, however, I don't expect to see him much other than during the night.... but that's better than nothing.

We will spend the Christmas break and New Years together BUT he has to take his school books with him and study every day because he has finals on January! Which sucks, but at least we can spend some time together.

I just remind myself (and him) every day that this is only temporary and we can get through this! <3

I'm the busy one I guess. I have some reports and presentations and worst of all I have to finish my graduation thesis by mid-December. So busy, busy. It's a good thing my SO will be here when it's all over.
