setting a date to meet

I guess we are lucky because even though my SO is full of pride, he knows saying up 2 months pay (the cost of the tickets alone) will take him for ever... So his manly pride abdicates and he lets me pay. If he would try to be a real man, we would not be able to meet.

And I really don't think any less of my SO because of that. I think it's wonderful and I admire that about him, but put it aside already. Even more so seeing as we've never met. He doesn't owe anything to me, or shouldn't feel compelled to come here first just because of his gender. He's such a good guy, so I shouldn't complain, but this is all taking it's toll on me. :\

I'm excited to say after texting tonight, he gave me his "best guess", which is another 3 months. It's something, something to hold onto and at least feel like I can count down till. <3
