Interesting though it sounded like she didn't put much thought into the move before she agreed to it. I imagine (at least hope) that couples in LDRs would including thinking about possible culture shock, employment issues, and other factors before deciding to jump abroad.
When two hearts are meant for each other, no distance is too far,
no time is too long, and no other love can break them apart.
I think most of us in LDRs have the advantage that we are usually planning for the day we close the distance for a long time, and hopefully have the chance to visit before we make the permanent move. Though the stuff in the article is all very interesting and articles like this make me excited for one day perhaps moving to my SO. (unless he moves to me, but it's then good for me to have the knowledge of how he might feel so I can comfort him and be supportive of him)
