Ordering food in Indonesia for my girlfriend

I'll keep it short for now, hope that doesn't seem rude. I'll write a longer introduction post later. I just want to get this question out first, hoping to get an answer soon.

So my girlfriend lives in Indonesia, I myself in Germany. And I wonder if anyone here knows how I could use the grab app to order her food or coffee.. Sadly I can't use my German Visa card there, and there's no way to use PayPal.
Or are there any other apps I could maybe use?

I really hope someone here knows some sort of resolution for that.. I wish I could do such a simple and sweet thing for her...
