So last time I saw my SO I gave her my grandmas promise ring she got from my grandpa. I figured the sapphire and diamonds were fake or whatever but it'd be a nice thing for her to have. Turn out that its an 18 karat diamond ring with a sapphire in it hahaha. She's a little more protective of it now (:

Not to be judgmental but you gave your 16 yr old girlfriend your Grandmothers 18 karat diamond ring? She won't lose it. She rolled it into some clothes and hid it at the very bottom o her suitcase case she was worried about a "crazy maid" stealing it while we were at the waterpark hahaComment
