p_b82 and miasmata especially thank you for your support guys it truely means a great deal. I have been on this forum only 2 days now and I feel very much at home already and so welcomed. It is really humbling to know others are helping each other get through things in life out there- even if it's from a computer screen. Wish me luck and any tips would be appreciated as to say this isn't affecting my health at all would be a lie. Ok I better go I smoked a doobie before to chill out after my decision and I think it's just shot me. Peace to everyone xx
