Picking up this pen,
Something that I swore,
Would never happen again.
And yet, it is in my hands,
The start of an exception.
And on this paper it lands.
With the letters that we send,
Our hearts seem to mend.
The right words never come into play,
I never know quite what to say.
And my heart takes over,
My love flows,
My breathe goes.
I settle into you,
Giving in to my addiction.
It takes a course threw,
My body, and soul.
Begging for you never to go.
Scarred of what happens when your gone,
My world it seems, is done.
Asking you to stay,
Please never go far away.
So, since we are short on time.
I will just say your mine,
And for you to keep me,
For safe, I'll always be.
Something that I swore,
Would never happen again.
And yet, it is in my hands,
The start of an exception.
And on this paper it lands.
With the letters that we send,
Our hearts seem to mend.
The right words never come into play,
I never know quite what to say.
And my heart takes over,
My love flows,
My breathe goes.
I settle into you,
Giving in to my addiction.
It takes a course threw,
My body, and soul.
Begging for you never to go.
Scarred of what happens when your gone,
My world it seems, is done.
Asking you to stay,
Please never go far away.
So, since we are short on time.
I will just say your mine,
And for you to keep me,
For safe, I'll always be.
