So take a puzzle, either one from the store, or Walgreen's has the option to make a photograph into a puzzle, and put it together, then write a letter on the back. (or on the front I guess depending on what the puzzle) then take it apart again and send it to your SO. then they have to put the puzzle together to read your letter.
