I think I did better this month.. Now I just hope he gets off work before I do so that I'm not around when he reads it, or I will be totally embarrased!!!
Anyone want to share their thoughts and feelings?
Happily married to the little Canadian boy I never thought I'd meet in person
We used to write letters all the time, but haven't really had time lately. Glad I found out about this love letter day! I also like the idea of putting a little heart in the left corner of the envelopes, maybe this movement will get noticed!
I didn't write a love letter last time, but I think I am going to write one tonight....hopefully if I do not get distracted! I am flying to see Jared Friday morning, so I do not really see a point in mailing it. Instead I want to leave it somewhere for him to find on the day that I leave, since it will be our eleven month anniversary
Cute ^^ Leaving it for him might distract him from missing you for a little while too.
Yeah, I'm not mailing mine either, though I might next month if I'm better prepared - just because it'd be funny. But I'd forgotten to put a heart on the corner!! I will do this now!

I wrote letters to my boyfriend a lot at the beginning of our relationship and scan them to him. He likes seeing my handwriting. I also sent him a journal my friend made for me, in which I had written for about a month straight. So although I'm writing a letter, I'm unsure whether to send it or just scan it. It takes about two or three weeks for mail to get over to Singapore... Plus his parents might notice. Ha. I really want to send it.
I wrote a pretty rubbish one this time. But since he didn't write one last time and I wrote (what I considered to be) a really good two-page one, that I could get away with it. I also sent him shells from my favourite beach (where I hope we will be able to go to together one day) and a flag for the state rugby team and some other things... I hope he'll like it.
I decided to fix up a card last night to send today, THEN i realized it was the 10th! So it will be sent today! =] It doesn't have to be a 5 page love letter every time. Just ANYTHING to let the SO know you're thinking of them and appreciate them.

I did this on my last trip. I also wrote a bunch of little notes and quotes on strips of paper and hid them ALLL over! Hid them in drawers, in some of this xbox game cases, in DVD cases, in pockets, in socks, in shirts, with his toiletries, in his truck, just EVERYWHERE! So he'd just keep randomly finding them the entire time we were apart lol! He said he liked it, my favorite was when he was at work or someting and would finally reach in his pocket and find another. OR one time he was running late and didnt feel the one in his sock and he went through ALL of PT complaining to his friend about something picking him in his sock....lol then he got home and found my little note! haha.
I left the love letter in his desk drawer in his room. I actually forgot about it, it was a few days later I texted him and said "OH!! Look in your desk drawer!" lol I loved it. It was one of my longer sweeter letters and he was glad to be surprised with it in his desk. So I'm sure your SO wil LOVE IT! =D
