Great choice Nicole! I don't have a favorite dress, and I'm not sure I'll ever have a wedding to wear one. :P But you all have great taste!!

this looks great nicole!!! i have a wedding dress that is in brazil, i will use it for a photoshoot as we barely had time o say "I do" and sign the papers when we got married! so even though i will have a religious wedding with the party and all, its not for now, so my photoshoot will have to do! lol

I have wanted a Maggie Sottero dress ever since I first saw them! So gorgeous. Plus I love the backs where you can lace them up (corset tie backs?) and all of her dresses have them.

We're ordering custom t-shirts that say one of our inside phrases on the front, with a picture on the back of the hybrid flag on my avatar, and another one of our inside phrases on the back as well. We're going to wear jeans and tennis shoes (I'm wearing my blue Chuck taylors I've had since 2002, so I'm thinking in keeping with a tiny bit of tradition they can be something old AND blue, lol ). I do kind of want to make a flower wreath to wear in my hair. I want to find some nicer, fancier, fake flowers at a craft store so it will stay intact and not die and dry up. I'm not a traditionalist in any way, and I love to be comfy. My SO also prefers to wear sneakers and jeans over suits and uncomfortable dress shoes. We want our guests to be comfy too and wear casual clothes as well.

I am quite guilty of watching "Say Yes to the Dress" all the time and looking at wedding dresses, despite the fact that I am only 19 and we are not getting engaged any time soon (unfortunately). This is a dress I saw and I cried the second I saw it because I thought it was so perfect for me. I am in love.
