Yes, I think you're going too fast. I understand you two have a strong emotional connection because you've talked for almost a year, but starting to plan a wedding with someone you've only first seen in person two weeks ago, to me, is sort of insane. Especially because there's a child involved. I think you should maybe spend some extended time together--at a least a couple months--and then give ample time for your son to get used to the fact that his parent is dating someone else before you jump into marriage.

I agree...this is moving really fast. In any relationship remember whether its long distance or not there is always the "honeymoon" stage in the beginning. I would suggest just to give it more time.
