So as some of you know, Frank and I got married on June 29th. We are so happy! It has been a long time coming... over 7 years. Everything was wonderful. We wish that we could do it all again.
I didn't sleep the night before the wedding. I laid in bed and was so nervous about everything. We had an 11:30am ceremony. I went downstairs to start the ceremony and realized I had forgotten my mom's bracelet. My sister (maid of honor) ran up to get it. Then I realized I wasn't wearing my earrings either! So she had to run up and get those too. The wedding coordinator also had to use a couple saftey pins on my dress because I was stepping on the front of it (weird, because it did not do that during the fitting). So we definitely started a bit late!
There was supposed to be lots of rain the day of our wedding. The day before the wedding the hourly forecast had shown that there was a 70% chance of rain for the ceremony. And it did rain right up until the ceremony. But it stopped and the sun even came out from behind the clouds to shine. It was perfect! It was very surreal and Frank and I don't even remember hearing the words the officiant was saying, we just remember staring at each other smiling. We both cried!

Our first dance was "I'd Rather Be With You" - Joshua Radin.
Our gold wedding cake. I'm pretty sure this is where I was telling Frank we were NOT using forks. He asked for some!
Our "cake" song was "Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch"
We danced to every song at our wedding. We didn't even eat the wedding cake they put down at our table for us (we ate it later in our room). We had a blast!
