You guys need to meet first before getting engaged. Being together in person is a whole different ball game. I'll just second everyone else that I think its suspicious she doesn't want to give you her bank details, nor are there any plans to meet - but she wants to surprise you? Nope. You can't just surprise someone you've never met with a visit. It needs to be planned and talked about thoroughly.
