We spent about $300 on food, $250 for the justice of the peace, $30 for the marriage license, $20 for the marriage certificate, $165 for the tux and another $100 for various decorations. All in all, $900, not included all the things his family is willing to do for free

More than I wanted. Airfare for all flights, I used miles for most but has fees adding up to a bit over 300, have to stay in Gibraltar for legal requirements so 600 for hotel, Register fees for wedding is 170, around 30 bucks for some cheap place holder rings to exchange and 20 bucks for a pretty new shirt since all my clothes are mostly still in NL and USA. Train tickets from Dublin to Belfast is 45 dollars. Supplies for house for cat sitter is 50 dollars. That puts our total at right over 1200 dollars and pretty much is cleaning out the savings.

I'm really scared to find out how much it will cost in the end, because my parents will be covering most of it for us, considering we'll barely have enough money to get ourselves back to America with a Fiance Visa in hand by the end of the year. I don't want them to end up spending too much money, so I hope it's under $2000. But we'll see how realistic that is when we start planning things mid this year.
