    After 8 Years, We're Engaged!

    I'm so excited to share with my LFAD Community that we are engaged! My now fiance proposed to me just a little over a week ago. After 8 years of dating, the last 5 of those being long distance, we both knew it was definitely time, but he still managed to catch me by surprise! We are thinking possibly February of next year, but haven't set an official date yet. We are both beyond excited to start this new season in our journey together. Do not give up! Happily ever afters can and DO happen for long-distance couples! Hang in there!!

                      Congrats! I echo the "beautiful ring" comments! Is it just the lighting of the picture or is it tinted green? Just curious what the stone is if that's the case because it's really unique!
