Tied the knot!

So after dating two yrs then splitting up for 6yrs in which we remained friends, we reconnected romantically a year ago and now we are a happy married couple! Woohoo

We tied the knot in a small ceremony with just family members and my best friend. It was amazing and I still can't believe that we are married. He flew back home to the UK yesterday and I'm missing him like crazy. Last night I kept reaching for him on the other side of the bed, only to find an empty space. LDR sucks, but I'm excited about our future and can't wait to see him in February when he returns for Valentines Day and my birthday

We have been in LDR for over one year and this will have to continue for atleast another year unfortunately, as I am completing a Masters degree. In addition immigration will take awhile. I think being married will help me deal with the distance better, since I feel more secure and know that there is an end to the distance.

Haven't started the process yet as we are still trying to get enough evidence of an existing relationship i.e. shared bank accounts etc.

When will you get married? Who will be moving?
