Voicecall Smartphone to Computer

So.. the mic on my Computer died and my BF doesnt have a smartphone.
Are there any good programms we could use?
Google Hangouts wont work on my Phone and Skype wont work on his Computer..

any other Ideas anybody?

I'm with moon on this one, My mic on my webcam was really crap so I bought a a sort of headphone and microphone all in one headset to talk to my ex when my computer could still handle skype, you get them fairly cheap on amazon, here's the one i bought if you're interested :3

Another option is facebook chat. It's not the greatest to use, but definitely works if you're in a pickle! If you download the app, you can get it on your phone and he can bring it up on his computer!
