Me and my SO have what might be considered to be a rather unusual situation atm. Neither of us have any money to spare, and neither of us have a smartphone. What I am wondering is whether there are any apps or something that could be used on our current basic mobiles that would give us free texts and/or calling abilities to each other? I saw another thread that mentioned textnow, but they don't work here in Ireland, apparently!
