As I type this I see that there are "Insert Image" and "Insert Video" options.

But I have never seen any of either on here.

Do these options work?

They do! You need to pass a certain post number, and then you can share images. It's just that most users choose not to post photos for one reason or another. If you wanna post, then feel free to!

From my experience, you have to convert the photo to a web link, like imgur or something. It's not the most user-friendly process in the world.
