If you have an iPhone an the iCard app, try this out.
Screenshot a conversation you've had where you or her said something really great/sweet/insightful in a text message. Put the photo as the front of the card in iCard and send it along. Great for any occasion and not easy to forget. I did it for Valentine's day with one that showed me asking for a back rub a few years back and a screenshot of her unknowingly committing an IOU I couldn't lose.
The iCard app is a great way to send them physical pictures too, take a sexy photo and stick it on a vday card. Or take one with your closest friend and send it with a sign you're holding up saying "happy birthday!"
