    Skype Game

Ok, LoveL and I discovered this one last night and it provided endless entertainment.

The first thing to do is get your mind into the gutter because that makes the game so much more fun.

One person starts by mouthing a couple of words, and the other one has to try to guess what they're saying.
Example: Last night, I mouthed "round areola" and LoveL thought I said "brown hairy old guy." There were a few other gems in there but you get the idea. Happy Skyping

It seriously is pretty endlessly funny. It kept us up 40 minutes past our bedtime

Two words are good for starters and if you feel like you're getting pretty good at it, just increase to three words.
You'll quickly see how very innocent phrases look like something completely different when you aren't properly trained in the art of lip reading.

GREAT idea, you guys!! I'm so excited to try this! I'm an ASL Interpreting major and people assume all Deaf people lipread... but this shows how hard it would be to get by on just that! Thanks so much... this is going to be excellent
My motor runs a lover's heartbeat
        It's just me and you
Put the pedal to the metal
        Baby, turn the radio on
We can run to the far side of nowhere
We can run 'til the days are gone

Fun idea! I have to mute my microphone every time we're on webcam apart from when I'm home alone (which doesn't happen as often as I'd like), so this is something we could easily play. I'd love it if we became so good at it we could carry on an entire conversation that way...

ETA: When I was eleven years old the coolest kid in the class tapped me on the arm one day and mouthed "I love you" - or so I thought for all of two seconds. I still remember my disappointment when he told me he'd just mouthed the word "colourful" instead, haha!
